1. Enter your Last Name in the Last Name search window below or enter the Burn Permit Number in the InstanceID search window below and click the Perform Search button to find your Burn Permit. 
2. Once your Burn Permit is displayed, use the Print this Burn Permit button at the top of the Permit to print a copy of your Burn Permit.

Your Permit must be Displayed and Available at the Burn Site

1. It is mandatory that a copy of this Burn Permit be displayed and available for inspection at the Burn Site when the Burn takes place.
