Print Your Burn Permit 

1. Enter your Last Name in the Last Name search box below and click Perform Search to find your Burn Permit. 
2. Once your Burn Permit is displayed, click the Details link on the left side of your permit row to display your burn permit.
3. Next, scroll to the bottom of the Permit and click the Print Form button to display the Permit in your browser.
4. Use the Print function of your browser or press CRTL+P to print a your permit from your browser window.

Your Permit must be Displayed and Available at the Burn Site

1. It is mandatory that a copy of this Burn Permit be displayed and available for inspection at the Burn Site when the Burn takes place.
