At approx 1331hrs, 17 units from the Anchorage Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire at 20300 block of Eagle River Rd with reports of children inside. Several additional units were added to the response. The first unit arrived on location and advised there was smoke showing. There were four children taken to local hospitals. Two others made it outside of the residence on their own and called 911 from a neighbor’s house. The fire is still under investigation at this time.
